Steven has over 25 years of experience working in the Florida Citrus Industry. He joined Dundee CGA in 1999 and has held the position of Executive V.P. and CEO since 2004. He is a native Floridian and a graduate of the University of Florida.
Al Finch is a citrus industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience. As President of Florida Classic Growers, he oversees both domestic and gift fruit sales teams. He is a Past President of the Southeast Produce Council, a graduate of the United Fresh Leadership Program (class 12) and is currently affiliated with several Florida citrus & produce associations. Al is a native Floridian and a graduate of Stetson University.

Missy is Vice President of HR and oversees Dundee CGA recruitment, benefits and all employee relations. She has been in the citrus industry for over 10 years and has 18 years of overall experience in the Human Resources industry. Missy is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
Jennifer currently is VP of Finance and oversees the accounting department. She has over 15 years of accounting experience; 8 of which were spent in the citrus industry as Controller for Statewide Harvesting & Hauling, LLC. Jennifer earned her BS and MBA in accounting from Webber International University and is a native Floridian.
John is the Vice President of Food Safety for Dundee CGA. He manages purchasing, food safety and compliance of the organization. He has over 15 years of experience in the produce industry. Prior to working with Dundee CGA, John was a packaging professional. John currently serves on various committees within the produce industry. He is graduate of Indiana University.
