Well, that would be one of our groundbreaking systems called Citrus Under Protective Screen or as we call it CUPS, a new growing method that guarantees the highest quality fruit. With CUPS we can utilize precision agriculture techniques that help us carefully monitor soil moisture and make use of our advanced metering and monitoring systems. This allows for fewer amounts of necessary resources needed such as fertilizer, water, and land ensuring the trees receive only what they need, when they need it. The result is fruit of a superior quality, with a cleaner appearance, free from scars, and a remarkable taste that surpasses expectations. Plus, with C.U.P.S., we’re all about being environmentally friendly and saving our precious natural resources.

When we broke ground in 2017, our vision extended beyond a single product. We believed Florida citrus still had powerful stories to tell, and Florida Rubies is one of them. Today, we proudly grow Rubies grapefruit known for its vibrant color, balanced sweetness, and unmistakable Florida character.
