Dundee Citrus Growers has established an internal cost-effective procurement preference program favoring products and services that maximize energy and water conservation and the use of recycled and recyclable products. Our goal is to minimize waste and use products that are less harmful to health and the environment.

Dundee Citrus Growers has partnered with Pratt Industries, a 100% recycled packaging company to supply our packinghouses with corrugated containers and more.

Since April 2002, our partnership has resulted in a direct environmental savings. Dundee CGA has saved:

• Over 432,000 trees
• Over 63,530 cubic yards of landfill space
• Over 109,525,000 gallons of fresh water
• Over 9,021,260 kwh of electricity
